1. General policy
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once charged, except where applicable law requires otherwise or as expressly stated in this Policy. Cheap Frontier subscriptions provide access to the Service and its daily usage allowance; they do not guarantee any particular amount of actual consumption.
2. Daily allowance and unused access
Not using the Service, using only part of the daily allowance, or not using available allowance does not create a right to a refund or credit. Unused daily allowance expires at the daily reset. It has no cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, accumulated, or carried over.
3. Billing periods and cancellation
Subscription fees are not prorated for partial billing periods. You may cancel to prevent future renewals, but cancellation does not normally refund fees for the current billing period. Forgetting to cancel before a renewal, by itself, does not create a right to a refund.
4. Service availability and changes
Temporary interruptions, degraded performance, rate limits, maintenance, outages, and other changes outside Cheap Frontier's reasonable control do not automatically create a right to a refund. The availability of particular models, features, performance levels, throughput, latency, or related service dependencies is not guaranteed indefinitely.
5. Suspensions and prohibited activity
A suspension or termination resulting from abuse, a violation of the Terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, or other prohibited activity does not create a right to a refund.
6. Promotions and exceptional circumstances
Promotional prices, discounts, credits, and similar benefits have no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise. We may review duplicate charges, billing errors, and other exceptional circumstances case by case.
Where permitted by law, Cheap Frontier may issue a refund, partial refund, or account credit at its sole discretion. Issuing one in a particular case does not create an obligation to do so in the future.
7. Payment providers and mandatory rights
If a Merchant of Record or payment provider processes your transaction, any refund may also be subject to that provider's applicable procedures and requirements. Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
